Bianco Automatic Vice Feed Bandsaws

The Bianco automatic PLC controlled bandsaws feature a hydraulic shuttle vice feed system as well as hydraulic down feed pressure and speed adjustment while cutting. The required cut length is set using a hand wheel with a highly accurate scale and the cut quantity is entered from the control panel, along with other cutting parameters. The machine will then complete an entire cutting cycle without the need for operator intervention. The range includes both straight cutting and mitring models along with a choice of downfeed cylinder positions. All Bianco automatic bandsaws are designed with a high precision cast alloy bow providing the basis for continuous accurate cutting. The Bianco range of automatic bandsaws includes straight cut and single mitring models with CNC controls as well as automatic CNC double mitring models.
