The Bianco 370 AF PLC automatic bandsaw features a hydraulic shuttle vice feed as well as hydraulic down feed pressure and speed adjustment. The required cut length is set using a hand wheel with a highly accurate scale. Quantities to be cut are entered from the control panel, along with other cutting parameters. The 370 AF PLC models also feature a down feed cylinder at the front of the machine for maximum rigidity. These machines offer 90 degree cutting only, with the fixed vice on the right hand side of the blade resulting in a minimum offcut length. This model is also available as a CNC version - the Bianco 370 AF CNC - with all cut parameters configured via the control.
