Sterling Twin Column Semi-Automatic Band Saws

The Sterling twin column range continues with the semi-automatic double mitring models which are ideally suited to structural applications. Still with a rigid twin column construction, these machines feature a mitring head design with the ability to cut angles up to 60 degrees left and right. Rapid and accurate setting of angles is facilitated by a digital mitre angle display and hydraulic locking of the bow at any position.

Why Choose a Sterling Twin Column Band Saw?

  • Hydraulic downfeed with variable cutting pressure
  • Hydraulic bow return with height adjustment
  • Hydraulic vice
  • Carbide blade guides for high accuracy
  • Infinitely variable cutting speed
  • Coolant system
  • Safety interlock switches fitted to band cover
