Curvassi Mandrel Bending Machines

The Curvassi mandrel tube bending machine is truly universal, acheiving fast and accurate bending in round and square tube, flat bar, round bar and square bar. Thin wall tube is effortlessly bent to a tight radius with the aid of a mandrel bar, with capacity of up to 32mm diameter tube. A centre line radius of 2.5 times the tube diameter can usually be achieved with very satisfactory results. This machine is ideally suited to a production environment as a 180º bend is performed in just 3 seconds.
