CBC Mandrel Tube Bending Machines

The CBC range of mandrel tube bending machines have been designed for the bending of thin walled tubes to a tight radius. The mandrel is positioned at the point of bend to prevent both wrinkling on the inside and flattening on the outside of the tube, while a wiper die supports the inside of the bend close to the former. A slider guide moves in tandem with the tube to reduce marking, particularly to decorative material such as polished stainless steel.

Why Choose a CBC Mandrel Tube Bender?

  • Quality bending of thin wall tubes.
  • Ability to bend stainless steel.
  • 2 speed motor.
  • 3M mandrel system.
  • Plane of bend indicator with positioning stops.
  • Hydraulic mandrel extractor.
  • Hydraulic clamping of tube to former.
  • Programmable bending angle with 50 memories with 9 phases per memory.
