RVD SmartFibre PRG 24025.12000 CNC Fibre Laser Cutting Machine 415V

The RVD SmartFibre PRG fibre laser cutting machines are built for high-performance cutting of large-format sheet and plate. These gantry-based systems feature a moving bridge with an integrated cutting enclosure, offering precise cutting control and localised extraction directly at the cutting head. This design enables full-length open-bed access without the need for a shuttle table, simplifying loading and unloading even on beds up to 24 metres long.

Designed as a precise alternative to plasma systems, the PRG range supports power levels from 6kW up to 60kW and accommodates a wide variety of material types and thicknesses. Its flexible open format allows multiple sheets to be prepared on the bed at once, helping reduce downtime and maximise throughput on demanding cutting jobs.
