CBC UNI 63 1 metre Mandrel Tube Bending Machine 415V

The CBC range of mandrel tube bending machines have been designed to meet the requirement to bend thin wall tube to tight radii. The mandrel is positioned at the point of bend to prevent wrinkling on the inside and flattening on the outside. A slider guide moves in tandem with the tube to prevent marking, particularly to decorative material such as stainless steel. The UNI 63 model has manual mandrel extraction and manual clamping of the tube during the bend, and is designed to bend tube to a minimum radius of 2 times the tube diameter. Other models are available in the range to accommodate larger tube diameters and even tighter bending radii.

Is British Steel Making a Comeback? The Future of UK Metal Production

Steel has long been the backbone of industrial Britain; a nation forged in the heat of its foundries and factories stoked by British coal. At its peak, the UK was one of the world's leading steel producers, with towns like Sheffield and Port Talbot synonymous with iron and steel production.

Which type of metal guillotine is best for your fabrication workshop?

A metal cutting guillotine? A guillotine shear? A sheet metal shear? A power shear? Known by many names these machines shear carbon and non-ferrous metals by means of a pair of blades set one above another, with either a fixed or adjustable blade gap, and driven mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically.
