CBC UNI42 Programmable Tube Bending Machine 240V

The CBC tube bending machines range from ‘easy to use’ simple machines to precision programmable production machines. A comprehensive tooling range ensures high bend quality on all models. All formers can be specified with either counterformers or guide rollers depending on material and wall thickness. Optional equipment includes moving arm with positioning stops and plane of bend indicator. Models are available for fast bending of smaller tubes right up to the large capacity CBC UNI 89, capable of effortlessly bend 88.9mm x 8mm wall mild steel tube.

Complete range of tooling available including cast iron formers c/w ring in a large range of standard sizes and counter bending pressure with either counterformer or a pair of rolls according to wall thickness of the tube
Adjustable limit switch with degree scale for easy setting of required angle
Bends angles up to 180° with allowance for over bending to compensate for spring back
Programmable model with 50 programs with up to 9 steps per program
