The Morgan Rushworth range of tube bending machines includes models for both rotary bending around a former or with the addition of a mandrel system. For thin wall tubes and/or tighter bending radii a mandrel is required for minimal deformation of the tube. Morgan Rushworth offers models from simple manual mandrel systems through to NC machines with hydraulic mandrel extraction and powered feeding of the tube through the bending sequence.
