RVD SmartShear S NC Hydraulic Swing Beam Guillotines

The RVD SmartShear S range of hydraulic swing beam guillotines are manufactured with a strong welded steel frame capable of shearing material from thicknesses of 4mm to 32mm and lengths from 2500mm to 6000mm. The NC Elgo controller ensures fast and accurate positioning of the rear backgauge. The multi edged blades are hardened and able to shear aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel. The Bosch Rexroth hydraulic system ensures a smooth and quiet operation with fast return. The machine can be switched to single cut operation or continuous cut for volume production operations.
