The Bianco 420 AE PLC automatic bandsaw features a hydraulic shuttle vice feed as well as hydraulic down feed pressure and speed adjustment. The required cut length is set using a hand wheel with a highly accurate scale. Quantities to be cut are entered from the control panel, along with other cutting parameters. The 420 AE PLC models also feature a down feed cylinder at the rear of the machine allowing unencumbered access when loading material. A mitring head design allows mitre cutting up to 60 degrees right in semi-automatic mode. This model is also available as a CNC version - the Bianco 420 AE CNC - with all cut parameters configured via the control.
