Desciption

The Bianco 330 AF CNC automatic bandsaw features a hydraulic shuttle vice feed as well as hydraulic down feed pressure and speed adjustment. Cutting parameters including cut length, number of shuttles and the required quantity are entered using the CNC control. A cutting list of lengths and quantities to be processed can be programmed within one piece of stock material. The 330 AF CNC models also feature a down feed cylinder at the front of the machine for maximum rigidity. These machines offer 90 degree cutting only, with the fixed vice on the right hand side of the blade resulting in a minimum offcut length. This model is also available as a PLC version - the Bianco 330 AF PLC - with simple cut length adjustment via a handwheel.
